I graduated from Grapevine High School in Grapevine, Texas in 1983 and the University of North Texas in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting (Emphasis in Audit). I received my CPA designation in Texas in 1993 and my CPA designation in Minnesota in 2000. I have over 30 years’ experience in general accounting, auditing of public and private companies, tax return preparation, financial statement preparation, SEC Reporting, and auditing under the audit standards of the AICPA and the PCAOB.
