Michelle Spring, MD, FACS is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in breast surgery and cosmetic plastic surgery. She has a focus and specialized training in breast surgery, particularly breast implant-related surgery (both reconstructive and cosmetic). After completing her residency program in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Dr. Spring completed two additional fellowship training programs - an ASAPS-credentialed cosmetic surgery fellowship in California and a pediatric cleft and burn reconstruction international fellowship with the nonprofit ReSurge. She moved to Montana in 2015 after practicing for 4 years in Los Angeles where she was Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Dr. Spring taught both plastic surgery residents and fully trained plastic surgeons completing a USC Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship. She has been practicing plastic surgery for 14 years. Member of ACS, ASPS, ASAPS. Dr. Spring is past Chairman of Surgery at Logan Health in Kalispell Montana. She has completed numerous leadership programs, including the Harvard Surgical Leadership Certificate program. She is up to date with Maintenance of Certification through the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Past experience in expert witness cases, IME, deposition, testifying. Full time active private practice. Past experience working in a multidisciplinary surgery practice, a single specialty private practice, academic positions, an institutional employment model, practice ownership, rural and urban plastic surgery practices; California, Wisconsin, Montana, Idaho.
