Mr. Head has more than 40 years of structural engineering analysis, design and project/construction management experience throughout Saudi Arabia and the United States ranging from the design of new facilities, strengthening, renovation, retrofitting and repair of existing structures in the GMP, Design/Bid and Design/Bid/Build delivery method and conducting forensic investigations as an Expert Witness.
