I bring over 38 years of bedside nursing experience, specializing in the care of medical-surgical, intensive care, trauma, and emergency room patients. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based standards and current hospital policy, and I am consistently engaged in advancing care delivery through adherence to best practices. I am currently serving in the Emergency Department at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, I collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams to provide high-acuity, patient-centered care to a diverse population. In addition to direct patient care, I take pride in mentoring the next generation of nurses as a clinical instructor and preceptor for new graduates, baccalaureate nursing students, and onboarding staff.
