I am actively practicing and have 40+ years experience providing medical-legal reviews for malpractice, personal injury and criminal cases. I have published 50+ peer-reviewed scientific papers, authored 3 books and been a consultant to the NIH, FDA and Department of Defense. I was the founder of the Children’s Tumor Foundation and am presently Emeritus Medical Director. My testimony experience is approximately 35-65% plaintiff/defense. I have been an expert witness in malpractice cases for the Department of Justice (Southern and Eastern districts of NY). Available to travel.
