Following his medical training, Dr. Sultan completed a comprehensive surgical and urological residency at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he was recognized with the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award and earned the highest scores on his in-service exams for two consecutive years. In addition to his residency, Dr. Sultan completed a mini-infertility research fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center, further expanding his expertise in male reproductive health. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to numerous publications and presentations at top medical conferences and journals, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the field of urology. Dr. Sultan is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and an active member of several esteemed medical and surgical organizations, including the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association. He has received multiple honors for his compassionate patient care, including the Compassionate Doctor Award (2014, 2016, 2018) and the Patient’s Choice Award (2018) by Vitals. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Sultan is deeply involved in medical education, actively training urology residents as part of his affiliation with two teaching programs.
