My name is Brock Burghardt and I am a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) with the American Meteorological Society. I received my PhD in Atmospheric Science from Texas Tech University in 2017 and prior to that a MS in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2013. I have 15 years of experience as a meteorologist and am a consulting member of the Association of Certified Meteorologists where I also serve on the marketing committee. My work experience has involved various roles as a researcher, developer, and forecaster for weather ranging from winter weather in the midwest, to severe storms across the southern plains, to mountain meteorology in the western United States.
