He is a member of the Board of Trustees at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. Dr. MacGill grew up in Tampa and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. He then attended The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, Illinois.
