Dr. Tompkins is a board-certified dermatologist who has expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is a native San Diegan who spent her undergraduate years at Stanford University with a major in Human Biology. She received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and went on to complete an internal medicine internship at Charity Hospital. Dr. Tompkins completed her dermatology residency at Cornell-Weill Medical Center in New York City.
