Richard N. Bradley, M.D., FACEP, FAEMS is a board‑certified Emergency Medicine physician with subspecialty certification in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He brings more than 30 years of operational, clinical, administrative, and investigative experience across EMS systems, emergency departments, disaster response, and military medical operations.
