I am a retired Neuro-anesthesiologist and Intensivist with 33 years of clinical experience working at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. My unique and specialized area of expertise was gained from my ten years of experience as the founding Chair of the Mayo Clinic Drug Diversion Prevention Committee. In this role, I was responsible for the creation of a system and team that sought to detect and prevent the diversion (theft) of controlled substances from the Mayo Clinic across all sites nationwide. In this role I gained vast experience that is invaluable in this unique niche.
