My name is Felix Mendez. I am a licensed engineer in the State of Florida. I have been designing mechanical and electrical systems for over 20 years, since 2005. I have obtained a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Florida International University and a M.S. degree in construction management from the same. I work currently as the principal engineer for 3FM Consulting, where I have worked since 2013. I have been in responsible charge of the design of hundreds of projects. My design portfolio includes complex mixed-use projects, high-end residential, commercial and government projects. Prior to 3FM Consulting, I worked as a designer and project manager for large national engineering firms in the design of high-rise and mixed use projects. Dr. Will Ikerd, PhD, P.E.
