I am a board-certified Vascular Surgeon, and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. I have been practicing Vascular Surgery for 23 years. After obtaining my Medical Degree at Dartmouth Medical School I completed 5 years of general surgery residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital under the direct mentorship of Dr. Seymour Schwartz, author of the textbook on surgery. I then completed my training by specializing in Vascular Surgery at Harvard University’s teaching affiliate, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. In 2001 I began my career as assistant professor of Vascular Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and worked at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami for five years before transitioning to private practice after moving to Florida’s Treasure Coast in 2006.
