Dr. Butler is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her doctoral degree and master’s degree in clinical psychology at Argosy University in Alameda, California. In addition, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minored in health science at California State University: Hayward, California. Dr. Butler’s administrative and leadership career has included the role of Director of Behavioral Health and Senior Psychologist Specialist which consisted of monitoring and enforcing compliance with government regulations, developing trainings, conducting audits and effectively communicating with stake holders. She has over seven years of experience working with individuals and groups in forensic –based settings, inpatient- based settings, and outpatient community based setting.
