I am the Chief of OBGYN in a rural setting with over a decade of experience in high risk obstetrics and gynecology. I have ivy-league training and experience working in both academic and rural settings. I am a site director for the University of Utah’s Women’s Health Equity Fellowship and teach through this program. I also teach medical students in our department. I supervise physicians and midwives clinically and professionally. I am board certified, making me a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. I have done extensive research in the field of global health. I have also served as an expert witness on sexually transmitted infections in a federal case of child sexual abuse.
