The following site conditions are analyzed during investigation of premises liability matters: Egress Width, Stairways, Ramps, Slip Resistance, ADA, Trip Hazards, Curbs, Handrails, Guardrails, Step-downs, Doorways/Thresholds, Floor Mats, Lighting, Assembly, and Glass/Glazing. A typical premises liability investigation will involve initial review of documents & files, examination and detailed measurements of the incident area, testing, photograph documentation, analysis of data, review of applicable building codes and/or architectural standards, consultation with the jurisdiction, forming conclusions, producing an expert witness report, and if needed, providing live testimony at deposition or trial.
