Dr. Manuel Chaknis is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years’ eye experience. He has diverse experiences in group and solo private practices and corporate ophthalmology, encompassing general ophthalmology, LASIK and PRK surgeries, corneal diseases and surgery, cataracts, and glaucoma management. He has recently joined the attending faculty of the Dept. of Ophthalmology at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Chaknis is an honors graduate of the University of Chicago, attending the College as one of eight academic/athlete scholars in his class.
