I was board certified in pediatrics from 1988-2002. I returned to residency , specializing in anesthesiology and completed the program along with a 6 month fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. I completed my Fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota in Adult and Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia and also completed a Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. I received his MBA from the University of Toledo in Ohio, in 2004. I have been in active practice since completing my training in Cardiac Anesthesia, peri-operative and interventional transesophageal echocardiography utilizing three dimensional echocardiography, involving a wide variety of techniques including minimally invasive procedures and robotics. I have also been in the practice of Critical Care Medicine and was responsible for the establishment and growth of comprehensive Critical Care Service at Promedica Health System.
