Dr. Klapper is board certified and re-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Diseases (1998, 2008 and 2018). Dr. Klapper has held hospital privileges and medical staff appointments at Cedars Sinai Medical Center as well as several Los Angeles area hospitals. In addition, Dr. Klapper has held hospital privileges at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Klapper is in active cardiology practice in central California and has held hospital privileges at Hazel Hawkins hospital since 1997. Dr. Klapper has held telemedicine privileges at various Wisconsin hospitals. Dr. Klapper has been providing opinions as a medical expert since 2003 and has been providing deposition and courtroom testimony since 2003. Dr. Klapper has written two books for the public and has served as the vice chief and chief of medicine at Hazel Hawkins hospital and is on active cardiology practice at the cardiology clinic.
