I am a seasoned professor of pediatric cardiology. My post-graduate training was done at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Childrens National Medical Center. I have practiced in large academic centers: Texas Childrens Hospital, Cincinnati Childrens Medical Center, Childrens Hospital of Colorado; as well as private practices and more rural outreach areas through the University of New Mexico, University of Texas, University of Mississippi, Driscoll Children's Hospital and Valley Children's Hospital.
I am a non-invasive imager and have been Director of three imaging programs. I have obtained IAC (formerly ICAEL) certification for two of these programs; these are quality assurance certifications for imaging. I have experience in establishing and running outreach/rural pediatric cardiology services, including onsite and telehealth consultations.
