I received my medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed a rotating internship, followed by a two-year adult psychiatry residency and a two-year child psychiatry residency at the University of Utah. I am board-certified in both adult and forensic psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Throughout my career in private practice, I have conducted independent medical examinations (IMEs) and participated in trial work, representing plaintiffs and defendants.
