Hello,
My name is Melissa Bryson, I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. I have been working in the ICU/critical care setting since 2016 and doing locums (travel) NP in many different ICU settings around the country since 2019. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner I was an ER nurse where I worked all levels of trauma, from Level 1 to remote rural Emergency Departments as the only staff with on-call support staff and physician. I am American Heart Association certified in BLS and ACLS, as well as ENLS (Emergency Neurological Life Support) certified by the Neurocritical Care Society. I am trained in ICU/critical care procedures and have taught many residents and students to do these procedures. I have worked in many different states, as well as foreign critical care units and I am currently licensed in eleven states.
