As a CMV and/or FMCSR expert practice opining for both Plaintiff and/or Defense, served as a CMV and FMCSA regulatory expert in 50-states and Canada. Roadside enforcement inspected, systematically and/or annually inspected, post-crash inspected and pre-trip inspected CMVs thousands of times and/or events. Our Senior Consultant staff have likewise responded to on a collective basis, thousands of CMV crashes and collectively inspected from an enforcement perspective thousands of CMV's roadside enforcement checkpoints.
